As a parent myself, I believe we all just want to set up the children in our lives to be happy and successful.  Ensuring that they understand and practice empathy is a huge and vital step towards that.  Throughout my life, I’ve found that empathy is one of the main traits that all great leaders possess and one of the main traits that not-so-good leaders lack.  This book was created to teach the child in your life about empathy through simple terminology and practical situations.  It’s something that is not typically taught in school, university, or on the job.  It’s something I wish I learned much earlier in life and not in my mid-30s.  Empathy has made me a better person, leader in all facets of life, and a much happier person.  I want the same for my children and your children, which is why I spent nearly 4 years creating this book.  This book is the cheat code that I wish I had.  

Just imagine a world where everyone started with empathy rather than reacting or judging, I believe it would be a much happier and more peaceful place.
